HFUS dedicated to Nepal quake victims

Himalayan Festival USA (HFUSA) organisers have said this year’s festival would be dedicated to the victims of earthquake disaster in Nepal and themed the event as ‘Festival for Cause’.

The annual event is scheduled for June 19-21 in Nashville, Tennessee (US).

“The organisers decided to dedicate 2015’s festival to the victims of destructive earthquake in Nepal and intend to raise the fund to supplement the relief and rehabilitation effort by coordinating with volunteer base relief agency in Nepal,” the statement by organisers say.

In order to converge this festival into a mega fundraising event, renowned Nepalese singer Nima Rumba, Miss Nepal 2011 Malina Joshi, popular nepalese singer Nalina Chitrakar and Bhutanese Artist from various States will be sharing the stage.

Budding Talents will contest to win – Dancing Icon 2015, Singing Icon 2015, Miss Bhutan 2015, HF Short Movie 2015 and much more.

The organisers have invited all to be a part these humanitarian efforts, which is much, needed in Nepal.
