Dutch Bhutanese elect their new community leaders

Bhutanese Community in the Netherlands has elected new leadership of their community organisation at the Annual General Meeting held over the weekend.

Aiman Samal has been elected new President to succeed Ram Karki. Similarly, Bhakta Khadka is the new Vice President, Khada Nanda Ghimire is new General Secretary and Arjun Chhetri is new Treasurer.

Mohan Subba is elected as Coordinator, Jamuna Chhetri as Women Focal Point, Chandra Chhetri and Saroj Rai as Youth Coordinators and Dev Ghalley, Devi Charan Basnet and Shyam Gurung as committee members.

The AGM also reviewed the achievements and activities of the organisation under the leadership of Karki. New president Samal thanked the outgoing committee members for their volunteer contribution to the community.
